New for 2012!!! The M14RA in recognition of the training Instructors receive for their Certification, will now grant Instructor Certification in the M14RA. Current Instructor Certification with the following organizations means you are eligible for M14RA certification contingent on taking and passing the M14 Basic Course. NRA Basic Rifle Instructor CMP GSM NRA Rifle Coach (any level) USA Shooting Rifle Coach (any level) Appleseed Instructor Additionally, NRA Range Safety Officers are welcome to apply for Certification with the M14RA. If you wish to obtain certification as a Rifle instructor or Range Safety Officer with the M14RA, please contact me at Hawk@m14ra.org 
In a special ceremony held at Camp Perry, Ohio during the National
Matches, recognition was made to several key figures of the gun world who have supported the education and training as
well as competition, in the use of firearms in general, by receiving Honorary Lifetime Memberships from the M14 Rifle Association. (l to R; Bob Shanen, GYSgt R. Lee Ermey USMC, Dennis Demille and Todd Smith. Todd Smith represented the M14RA during the presentation.)
